Our Services


We have put together a selection of services that will enable you to enjoy owning your property here in Tenerife, while at the same time reaping the rewards without worry and with peace of mind.

We will provide a laundry and cleaning package tailor made to suit yourself and your property.

Using our own cleaning materials we will:

  • Visit your property upon departure of yourself or your guests
  • Launder and iron bed linen, towels and tea towels
  • Remake the beds with fresh linen
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, shower cubicles, and toilets.
  • Clean kitchen work surfaces and cupboards.
  • Clean refrigerator, freezer inc defrost if time, dishwasher, oven and microwave and toaster
  • Vacuum rugs and soft furnishings
  • Sweep and mop all tiled floors including balcony and terraces
  • Check light bulbs and replace if necessary
  • Polish and dust furniture
  • Wipe away marks from light switches, walls and doors
  • Leave a new toilet roll. For every w.c.
  • Wipe all patio furniture and check cushions.
  • Leave your apartment as you would wish to find it when you open the door.

Additional Services

Meet and Greet

We would be there to welcome your guests on their arrival to your property, hand over the keys and show them their accommodation. Ensuring they were familiar with the appliances, locks, alarms etc.
We would act as an emergency contact number for your guests.

Welcome Pack

If you have a late arrival, or a Sunday, when shops may not be open. A welcome pack is a good idea.
You can customise this to suit your guests’ requirements.

Maintenance - Painting and Decorating

Where there is a need to contact a tradesman in an emergency we would contact you first by phone, to wait your instruction before ordering any works.
We can be there to accept deliveries.


We will look after your garden while you are not there, weeding, pruning, grass cutting and watering.

Equipment Hire

We have a Z-Beds, Fans, and Portable air conditioning units available
If you have young children staying you may appreciate being able to hire a high chair or travel cot. We would make that available at the start of their holiday. To avoid disappointment we would require 3 weeks notice

A wheelchair can be hired for your guests with mobility problems. Again that would be available for the start of their holiday. We would need minimum of 3 weeks notice.

Local Contact Number for Guests

Should any guest require help or assistance during their stay (whether an owner or someone renting an apartment which we maintain) then we provide a telephone number for them to call.

This provides a lot of comfort for your guests.
